Educational ATF Seminars outline the each and every area concerning your desired sport. Educational ATF Seminars can run over the course of 1hour – 3hours. The information in each seminar will vary depending on the duration of the seminar and the sport concerned.  Multiple seminars are welcomed and will give a much deeper insight to each related field of your desired sport.

Practical ATF Seminars                                                                                                                   BOOK NOW

Practical ATF Seminars are a walking talking education session. During these sessions we are be able to implement exercises with demonstrations and athletic involvement. Practical ATF Seminars bridge the gap between lecture based learning and practical application. This option is highly recommended for visual & kinaesthetic learners.  Practical ATF Seminars can run over the same duration as Educational ATF Seminars 1-3 hours and can run over multiple sessions.
